🚚 SHIPPING POLICY|配送政策
📍 配送區域|Shipping Coverage
我們提供配送至西馬、東馬與新加坡。所有包裹將由第三方物流公司處理,包括:J&T、Ninjavan、PosLaju 或 Lalamove(僅限新山地區)。
We deliver to West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and Singapore. All parcels are handled by third-party couriers such as J&T, Ninjavan, PosLaju, or Lalamove (JB only).
🕐 配送時間與追蹤|Shipping Time & Tracking
西馬地區:2–5 個工作日
東馬/新加坡:5–8 個工作日
新山地區如使用 Lalamove 可提供當日配達(須事先預約)
我們無法保證指定日期送達,配送進度請透過提供的追蹤編號,自行於物流公司官網查詢。
我們無提供送貨司機聯絡電話(Lalamove 除外)。
West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
East Malaysia/Singapore: 5–8 working days
Same-day delivery via Lalamove is available in JB only (with pre-arrangement)
We are unable to commit to exact arrival dates. Please use the provided tracking number to monitor progress.
We do not provide courier phone numbers (except for Lalamove, JB).
🎁 若作為禮物配送 Gift Delivery Reminder
如您訂購商品為送禮對象(親友/顧客),請務必提前通知收件人:
若對方不知情而拒收包裹,導致包裹退回,將產生額外二次運費
該筆運費需由訂購人自行承擔
If you are sending a gift to a friend, family member or customer, please notify them in advance.
If the recipient refuses the parcel because they were unaware of the gift, any return or re-shipping fees will be borne by the sender.
✏️ 配送地址與變更 Address Accuracy
請顧客在下單時確認填寫正確收件地址與電話。
訂單一旦成立並付款,將進入自動化配送流程,無法更改地址。
若地址錯誤導致包裹退回,重新寄送將產生額外物流費用
恕不接受「付款後修改地址」的請求
Once the order is placed and payment is confirmed, no address changes are allowed.
Returned parcels due to wrong addresses will incur additional reshipping fees.
❌ ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY|訂單取消政策
本公司產品多屬節慶食品、限時團購或月餅類別,為保新鮮品質與排單效率:
一經付款,即不得取消訂單或更換口味
請於結帳前再次確認口味、數量與收件資訊
Due to the nature of our business (festive foods, pre-orders, limited campaigns),
no order cancellation or flavor changes are allowed after payment.
Please double-check your order before proceeding to checkout.
💸 REFUND & RETURN POLICY|退貨與退款政策
✅ 可接受退貨情況|Eligible for Returns
我們僅在以下情況接受退貨/退款申請:
收到商品與訂單內容完全不符(錯誤品項)
實際出貨與訂購品項數量不一致(少件)
We accept return/refund requests only if:
The item(s) received are completely different from the order
Items are missing from the package
❌ 不可退貨情況|Non-Returnable Situations
顧客個人主觀因素(如:不喜歡口味)
包裝拆封後,非因商品錯誤
食品保存期內無損毀情況
商品正確且數量吻合訂單
We do not accept returns in the following situations:
Customer’s personal preference (e.g. dislike of taste)
Opened packages without product defects
Goods delivered correctly and in full
📦 配送損壞與遺失|Damaged or Lost Parcels
包裹如在運送過程中發生損壞或遺失:
此屬物流公司責任,我們將協助顧客提交理賠申請
每個包裹最多可向物流公司申請索賠金額為 RM200(視物流公司政策)
賠償款項一旦確認由物流方支付,我們將等額退款予您
Damaged or lost parcels during transit fall under logistics risk.
We will assist you in filing a claim.
The courier company’s compensation is typically capped at RM200 per parcel.
Once the compensation is received, we will refund the same amount to you.
🔁 退款流程 Refund Processing
經審核符合退貨條件後,將於 7–14 個工作日內完成退款
信用卡退款將返還至原卡,入帳時間依發卡銀行而定
銀行轉帳/eWallet 付款將原路退回
Refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days once returns are verified.
Credit card refunds will go back to the issuing bank.
Other payments (FPX, bank transfer, eWallet) will be returned via the original method.
📝 我們保留審核與修改權利
如遇爭議、非合理要求,YELLOWBUTTER 保留拒絕退款或取消之權利,並保留隨時修改本政策內容的權利,恕不另行通知。
YELLOWBUTTER SDN BHD reserves the right to reject any unreasonable request and to modify this policy without prior notice.
